★★Custom, Duties and VAT

We always packaged the order as a gift; however, because all items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, thus some countries may impose import duties on deliveries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country.

★★7 Days Return Policy.

We have 7 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact the customer service specialist on line or via E -mail. You need to send pictures of the item to our mail box.(The subject should be named with “Order No.” so as we can give you a quick response, Many thanks).Then We will give you the return address when we confirm the problem of the quality, and we will require 20% restock fees per pair if our item in normal condition.

★ Paypal dispute.

If you have any question about your order, please just feel free to contact us. We will always reply in 24 hours (except weekends).

We are loved to resolve the problem before you make a complaint to us.

Return to Sender

For the reason that you don’t sign in the package, the parcel will be returned to us marked “Return to Sender”, your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card used for your order. But there is also a re-stocking fee for all “Return to Sender” returns which is a 20% of item(s) original purchase price minus any Extra discounts that were applicable when the order for the returned item(s) was placed.

Response to Inquiries

We are making every effort to answer inquires we receive as soon as we can and we are trying to process all orders we receive as fast as we can. We cannot guarantee an immediate response to the inquiry, due to the abundant inquiries we receive. Your order might already been processed and shipped when we read and respond to the inquiry about that order.

From time to time our email responses can not reach the addressee. That may happen due to many factors, including the incorrect email address supplied by the addressee, email box of the addressee being too full to accept our response, the addressee’s mail server settings preventing our response from reaching the addressee or placing our response into the Bulk mail folder.

Confirmation Emails

Our website auto-generates and sends a confirmation email to the email address provided in the order after payment go through. Our website also auto-generates and sends a confirmation email to the email address provided in the order after an order has been processed and dispatched.

We cannot guarantee that an order confirmation email or the shipping confirmation email will reach the addressee. That may happen due to many factors, including the incorrect email address supplied in the order, email box of the addressee being too full to accept our confirmation email, the addressee’s mail server settings preventing our confirmation email from reaching the addressee or placing our confirmation email into the Bulk mail folder.

We can not receive customer replies to the auto-generated messages, such as order confirmation emails or shipping confirmation emails. We do state on our auto-generated messages that a reply to such message will not reach us.

We will not disclose your private information unless compeled to do so by law. We reserve the right to store and use collected data solely for its own internal purposes.
